In its 20th anniversary year, and under inspirational Chief Conductor Libor Pešek, the Czech National Symphony Orchestra returns to Cadogan Hall with the wonderful Chloë Hanslip performing one of the most popular violin concertos in the world: Bruch’s First.

In the second half the Czech National performs its authentic interpretation of Dvořák’s most famous symphony, which he wrote in New York while feeling homesick for his beloved country. Since then the New World Symphony has become one of the classical repertoire’s most iconic works.
