The European Doctors Orchestra draws together musicians who are also practising doctors from across Europe. We are privileged to be joined in this concert by the gifted cellist Thomas Carroll who performs Elgar’s well loved cello concerto.
Tchaikovsky’s Fourth Symphony concludes our programme with themes which the composer described as the alternation of hard reality with ‘swiftly passing dreams and visions of happiness’.
Proceeds from this concert will go to Barnardo’s to support their work transforming children’s lives.
