PIANOWORKS 2014 features an international line-up of four brilliant young concert pianists performing virtuoso piano works by Brahms, Chopin, Liszt and Rachmaninov, also performing some of their own transcriptions and original compositions.
They join forces to perform works composed for six hands on one piano and four hands on two pianos by Rachmaninov and Lutosławski respectively, ending with the spectacular Fantasy on Themes From Bizet’s Carmen by Mack Wilberg arranged for eight hands on two pianos.
