Walking the Nile by Levison Wood, FRGS

Audley Travel Lecture in aid of Tusk Trust

A lecture by the renowned explorer, writer and photographer Levison Wood, FRGS.

Following the Channel 4 series in January 2015, this is a rare chance to hear Levison Wood’s captivating account of the challenges he faced becoming the first man to walk the length of the River Nile, and how his great passions – Exploration and Africa – drive him on and motivate his inquisitiveness and his resolution to succeed.

Completing one of the greatest expeditions of the modern era, Levison’s insights into Africa – past, present and future – are acutely observed. With film footage and a Q&A session, this promises to be a fascinating evening.

Buy your signed copy of Levison’s book, Walking the Nile, online and collect it at Cadogan Hall on the night.

Sponsored by Audley Travel and supporting Tusk, a leading African conservation charity.
