The Symphony Orchestra of India, based at the National Centre for the Performing Arts, Mumbai, is India’s first and only professional orchestra, founded in 2006. Cadogan Hall is excited to be hosting its London (and UK) debut.

This young, energetic orchestra with a growing reputation currently includes members from more than 20 countries who reside in Mumbai and it consistently attracts the best conductors and soloists from around the world.

The orchestra’s Musical Director of ten years, Marat Bisengaliev, performs Bruch’s Violin Concerto in the second of two concerts given by this unique orchestra.
