A gifted vocalist with a stunningly beautiful voice. ‘She communicates a love and understanding of classic American song with the lightest of touches’ (The Observer).

With a passion for dance initially, it was whilst living in New York she started going to jazz clubs to listen to the great local musicians, and then began to sing herself, attending the Dr Barry Harris workshops on Tuesday evenings near the Lincoln Centre, where many singers lined up to sing the chosen song of that evening with a trio. Within a year she was performing long running spots in midtown Manhattan with musicians including Jo Cohn, Chris Flory, Harry Allen, Warren Vache, Steve Ash, Ray Gallon, Ehud Asherie and Neal Miner.

Now based in London, Zoe released her first album in January 2013, Looking for a Boy, with Dave Newton, Colin Oxley and Andrew Cleyndert. She also performs regularly with Alan Barnes, Dave Newton and Jim Mullen.
