Tickets can only be exchanged for an alternative date of the same performance or to alternative seats within the same performance at the same price or higher.
Exchanges will not be issued under any other circumstance.
Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. The box office is unable to give any refunds on ticket that are unused.
Refunds are only available in the event of a cancellation, or the event has substantially changed. All exchanges and returns are by the discretion of the Box Office Manager.
In order to process any refunds or exchanges, you will need to return your original tickets to us at least 48 hours before the performance.
Terms and Conditions of Booking
Completion of the online booking process, including the provision of credit or debit card details, shall constitute an offer by the customer to purchase tickets subject to Cadogan Halls terms and conditions.
The customer is entirely responsible for entering his/her details correctly during the booking process.
The customer warrants that all details supplied are true and accurate.
The customer is responsible for informing Cadogan Hall of any changes to his/her details once the booking is concluded.
Cadogan Hall reserves the right to place restrictions on the volume of any tickets ordered.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check that they have received their tickets and that the tickets issued from Cadogan Hall are accurate. Please check tickets carefully for the correct production, date and performance time. If the customer has any enquiries please telephone the Box Office on 020 7730 4500.
All tickets booked online must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Discounts
Only one discount can be applied at any one time when available. Proof of concession must be produced upon collection of tickets, and must be produced by the named person and not by a third party.
Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
Discounts cannot be applied after the completion of a transaction.
Please take your credit card and booking confirmation with you when collecting tickets.
The Management Reserve the Right to:
Admit latecomers at a suitable time (which may be the interval).
Refuse admission.
Make any amendments or alterations to the advertised programme or performers as necessary as a result of unforeseen circumstances.
Safety and Enjoyment
Every member of the audience must have a ticket.
Glasses, bottles, cameras and recording equipment are not allowed in the auditorium.
Mobile phones, pagers and watches should be switched off before entering the auditorium.
Cadogan Hall reserves the right to make any alterations to an advertised programme rendered necessary by unavoidable circumstances.
Strobe lighting, smoke effects and sound FX are sometimes used in productions. Cadogan Hall will endeavour to warn all customers in advance when these effects will be used. |
