When are my tickets mailed?
We mail all tickets first class on the day of your booking.
Can I reserve tickets in advance and pay on the day?
No. We do not currently take reservations.
I’m booking tickets for a performance within the next few days. Will my tickets still be mailed?
No. Tickets booked within 7 days of the performance will be held for collection at the box office. These tickets can be collected at any point.

Do you have a cloakroom?
Yes. Cloaks and personal items may be left at the cloakroom.
When are the doors to the auditorium open?
Auditorium doors are open 30 minutes prior to the performance start.
I’ve lost my tickets. What do I do?
Please call the box office direct on 020 7730 4500. We keep record of all tickets transactions and will be able to help.
If I’m unable to attend a performance for which I have booked tickets? What do I do?

What do I wear?
There is no dress code for Cadogan Hall. Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in!
Can I film the performance?
No. Cameras, video recorders, or indeed any recording devices (audio or visual) are strictly prohibited. Please ensure all mobile phones and pagers are switched off during the performance.
Can I bring my own refreshments?
No. The Oakley Room bar is available for refreshments pre-concert, during the interval and post performance.
What happens if I’m late?
Latecomers will be permitted to enter the auditorium at a suitable performance break. This can vary from performance to performance.
Can I smoke?
Cadogan Hall is a non-smoking venue.

What happens if a concert is cancelled?
Sometimes, through unexpected circumstances, events are cancelled outright.
In most cases, a full refund is issued. Other times, where there is an alternative performance, exchange of tickets will be offered, and in some cases other rules apply. In the event of a cancellation the box office will make every effort to contact you direct. |
