How do I buy an existing concert stream?
- We recommended you log-in/register first. You don't have to - and will be prompted at a later stage - but we recommend that you do.
Once logged in, you'll be at your account screen where you can view your personal details and preferences. Any existing pre-purchased streams will be listed too under your 'merchandise' tab.
- Click 'CH 1&2 ONLINE VIDEO' in the main navigation menu on the left, then 'WHAT'S ON CADOGAN 1&2'. Here you'll find all existing concert streams as well as those coming up.
- Click 'VIEW EVENT LIVE in CH1' on your preferred concert
- Click 'ADD TO BASKET', followed by 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT'
- If you've not logged on or registered, you will be promoted to do so here.
- Enter your card details as requested (please note the site fully encrypted for your protection) and proceed*.
- Congratulations on your purchase! For security purposes*, the site automatically logs you out after every purchase. To view your concert stream, you may need to CLOSE your browser and re-open www.cadoganhall.com. Your concert video streams will be listed and available to view in 'MY ONLINE VIDEOS' in the 'CH 1&2 ONLINE VIDEO' section.
*For protection, our internet site does not save your credit card details.
How do I view my purchased concert video streams?
All your pre-purchased streams are listed in 'MY ONLINE VIDEOS' in the 'CH 1&2 ONLINE VIDEO' section. Simply select your chosen concert and click 'VIEW EVENT LINE ON CH1'. Naturally, to view your videos you must be logged in to your personal account first.
Do I need any special software?
The videos are streamed using a little bit of software called FLASH. It's free. If you don't have it, you'll be prompted to download (for free!) when you click 'VIEW EVENT'. We use all flash players from version 10 and above.
Do I need any special hardware?
Other than your pc or mac, screen and of course, speakers - no.
I've forgotten my password?
No problem. When clicking 'Log In', enter the email you used to register with Cadogan Hall followed by 'forgot password?' - we'll email it your registered address.
Can I view my concert video streams from any computer?
Yes, you can any computer to log into your account and access your streams?
