Mozart’s Requiem features a remarkable quartet of soloists and the BBC Singers, the UK’s leading chamber choir, conducted by David Hill. To celebrate Felix Mendelssohn’s two hundredth birthday, the first half features rarer gems written by a composer every bit the musical genius of the nineteenth century as Mozart was in the eighteenth century.
