After five sell out performances, Japan’s most popular and eclectic violinist, Taro Hakase, returns to Cadogan Hall for his second Valentine’s Day concert.Taro will perform his favourite classical romantic piece: Brahms’ Violin Sonata No.1 (Rain Song).
He will also perform some of his most romantic compositions and popular classical love songs including Salut d’amour by Elgar, Liebesfreud by F.Kreisler, Journey’s ‘Open Arms’ and Michael Jackson’s ‘Ben’. After the interval he will be joined by a string ensemble from the English Chamber Orchestra.
