The Joyful Company of Singers celebrates its 21st Anniversary with a special Gala Concert. Recently featured in The Times as one of the top five amateur choirs in the UK, the concert will include featured works from the choir’s history by Brahms, Parry, Rachmaninov and Poulenc.
The Joyful Company of Singers also looks forward to the future with world premiere performances of new pieces from leading composers Judith Bingham and Kerry Andrew. The new works have been specially commissioned by the choir to commemorate its Anniversary.
The programme will also include a special performance of Schoenberg's Friede auf Erden with the combined forces of JCS members past and present- an unforgettable event.
