All broadcasts are ‘streamed’ to your computer. They are not downloaded. This means that you can access all your concerts through your personal account from any computer whether it is at home or the office. As the concerts are ‘streamed’ they do not take up any space on your computer’s hard drive.

Naturally, to view the concert you’re going to need a computer screen - and to hear it, speakers. The concerts are broadcast using a media player called FLASH. Most computers and internet browsers have FLASH pre-installed. If your computer doesn’t have the latest version, you’ll be prompted to download it.
