1958: A Jazz Jamboree

Starring Iain Mackenzie, Liz Fletcher, Jeremy Sassoon, Georgina Jackson and the 17-piece Pete Long Orchestra.

Following on from our sell-out shows featuring the finest jazz of 1956 and 1957 we present 1958: A JAZZ JAMBOREE. This was the year of Sinatra’s Come Fly With Me and Only The Lonely, Ella Fitzgerald’s Irving Berlin Songbook and a great year too for the young Nina Simone and the budding superstar Ray Charles.

The programme will include many of the great hits of the year including My Baby Just Cares For Me, Hallelujah I Love Her So, Let’s Face The Music and Dance, I Got A Woman and Angel Eyes.
