E-tickets

How do e-tickets work?

E-tickets will be sent to you as a single pdf document attached to an email. You can either print them out at home beforehand or show them on your mobile device when you come to the Hall.

Each ticket is only valid for one admission and should not be duplicated.

You do not have to return your e-ticket if you need a refund or exchange. We will invalidate the e-ticket.

Can e-tickets be duplicated?

Although you can duplicate the tickets by photocopying, only one person will be allowed entry with the e-ticket. By scanning the ticket we know as soon as one person has entered using that ticket and no more customers would be allowed entry with the same ticket.

I have not received my e-tickets, what should I do?

Please check in your spam and inbox for the e-tickets which come from the address: noreply@cadoganhall.com

If you still cannot find them please call the Cadogan Hall box office on 020 7730 4500 where we will be happy to help.

Gift vouchers

Cadogan Hall gift vouchers are available in any amount you require, from £1 upwards, and are valid for one year from the date of purchase. They can be used towards tickets for any performance at Cadogan Hall.

Gift vouchers can be purchased online and emailed to you directly or to your chosen email address. Paper vouchers can be purchased from the Box Office and posted out (please note: unfortunately we cannot send gift vouchers to overseas addresses).

Redeeming gift vouchers

Redeeming your gift vouchers couldn’t be easier. Book tickets for the concert of your choice by telephone, online, by post or in person at the Box Office.

You may pay for all or part of the tickets with your vouchers. If the value of your voucher is more than the cost of your tickets your change (in vouchers) will be sent to you with your ticket (to the nearest £1). If your ticket purchase comes to more than the value of the voucher then you can pay the rest of the amount by credit card or in cash at the Box Office.

Payment methods

We accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Electro/Delta, Maestro, and Solo.

We also accept payment by cheque.

You can also use Cadogan Hall Gift Vouchers both online and offline.

Discounts

Only one discount can be applied at any one time when available. Proof of concession must be produced upon collection of tickets, and must be produced by the named person and not by a third party.

Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively or after the completion of a transaction.

Group discounts

Generous discounts for groups are available but vary according to each event. Please call 020 7824 7614 for further information or to make a group booking.

Concessionary tickets

Where general concessions are available this is defined as Under-16s, Full-time Students, Senior Citizens and persons out of work. Some events offer specific concessions only, and this will be stated in the Ticket Information on the Event page. Concessionary tickets are subject to availability and are at the discretion of Cadogan Hall.

If you are in receipt of disability-related state benefits, as a member of our Access Scheme you may be entitled to concessionary ticket prices for some events, or a free companion seat. See Access Information for further details.

Children and Families

Children aged under seven will not be admitted to Cadogan Hall except for family events. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Specific event age restrictions or recommendations beyond this can be found on each individual event page. All upcoming events can be found on our events listings. Due to the sound levels of some events with amplified music and the long-term impact on hearing that this could have, it is strongly recommended that parents and carers take this into account before purchasing tickets for children.

We reserve the right to remove children from the auditorium if they are not well-behaved.

At family events, children over the age of two years must each have their own ticket. Children and babies under the age of two years do not require a seat.

TicketPlan refund protection

TicketPlan refund protection is available for all bookings. Your tickets are non refundable and this will protect you against cancellation resulting from accidents and unexpected illnesses. You will be offered Ticket Plan online once you have added tickets to your basket. We strongly recommend that you include this option.

Full details are included in the TicketPlan terms and conditions which we advise you to read and retain. Please note that TicketPlan must be purchased for all tickets in the transaction and cannot apply to individual tickets.

TicketPlan refund applications can be made through the TicketPlan website.

Please note: the TicketPlan fee is non-refundable, including in the case of refunds for events cancelled or rescheduled due to coronavirus.

Please also see our Terms & Conditions for further information.
